THUAS NEW ELECTIVE MODULE

M&O staff Rebecca Kleiweg de Zwaan and Paul Nixon launched an exciting new elective module available for European Studies and exchange students entitled “Sex in the Media”. The module leant heavily on the recent publication by Nixon, P. G. & Düsterhöft, I. K. (Eds.)(2017). Sex in the Digital Age. The module recruited 45 students who responded well to the no nonsense teaching style and, once they had overcome their initial shyness in discussing sensitive topics, a lively seminar environment lead to high levels of satisfaction from the students.
