{"id":53,"date":"2021-11-25T18:18:57","date_gmt":"2021-11-25T17:18:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elearning.hochschule-rhein-waal.de\/technologyandbionics\/?p=53"},"modified":"2021-11-25T19:45:38","modified_gmt":"2021-11-25T18:45:38","slug":"a-facelift-for-moodle-part-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elearning.hochschule-rhein-waal.de\/technologyandbionics\/a-facelift-for-moodle-part-1\/","title":{"rendered":"A &#8216;facelift&#8217; for Moodle &#8211; Part 1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"915\" height=\"612\" src=\"https:\/\/elearning.hochschule-rhein-waal.de\/technologyandbionics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/44\/2021\/11\/Moodle-Before-and-After-HSRW.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I am delighted to share with you that my suggestion to give the university\u2019s online learning platform Moodle a \u2018facelift\u2019, was welcomed by the E-Learning center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My reasoning behind the update was that I believe that it is vital to create a branded experience for all stakeholders, especially our students, which is aligned with the overall corporate identity of the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During a conversation with Mrs Heidkamp-Kergel, who is the E-Learning coordinator, we agreed that I would create the branded multimedia content and Mr Foko Kamdem, the Moodle administrator, would upload those to the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All said and done! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So next time when you visit Moodle, you may notice the global header. In the coming days\/weeks, we will customize the online platform even further.
